  Waited at the order screen/speaker, even honked. I finally pulled around and asked if the unit was broken. I was told it wasn't an then got to wait 10 minutes for a shake.

  Mustang has so many fast food places, do yourself a favor and choose any other place. The last 2 times I've had a burger from here it was overpriced, dry, and overcooked. the store manager was extremely rude when we brought it to her attention that they'd left a burger out of our bag of burgers and asked that we come and prove it, so a bag of burger trash had to be brought back up to the restaurant and an offer to dig through their trash for our recipit was made to prove that we were actually shorted a burger. Horrible customer service, I'm shocked that a store manager would be so hateful to a customer just trying to get dinner for their family. They ended up giving us our one burger but we won't be returning.
